POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bilingual Lead Clinician for the Unaccompanied Children’s Program supervises, plans and oversees the implementation of therapeutic and psychological services for the youth in the program to ensure quality of clinical services. Engaged primarily in the performance of managerial duties, the Lead Clinician customarily and regularly directs three or more employees. Work requires advanced knowledge in the field of psychology and social work. This position requires the consistent exercise of discretion and judgment. The Lead Clinician is supervised by the Program Director and receives clinical and training oversight from the Clinical Director.

Site specific training on requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Rule and the plan’s health information policies and procedures under the direction of the plan privacy officer may be required for this position based upon site specific requirements. Employees who violate the requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Rule will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination.
