The Assistant Program Director for theLong-Term Group Home (LTGH) is responsible for the overall management of programmatic, administrative, financial, and operational systems related to the provision of care and services. This position provides regular and timely reports to the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) regarding operations, services and finances, establishes a respectful and supportive workplace environment, and communicates any issues or concerns to ORR. The Assistant Program Director is a grant position related solely to the Unaccompanied Children’s Shelter as funded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement and any successor funding.

Ensures the consistent implementation and application of the Maryville philosophy. Engages primarily in the performance of managerial duties.
